First Day: It was on 28th Oct, 2013. First, they verified my documents.
There were three rounds of the drive.
Round 1: Online Aptitude Test.
There were two phase for online aptitude test. First phase contained 18 questions on number series and second phase contained 18 questions simple mathematical questions on average, times and work, ratio-proportion, percentages, profit-loss. For every question 2. 15 min was allocated. There were no facility of skip or go to previous question. There were no negative marking.
If you are going to attend IBM off campus my small request to you practice number series and above mentioned mathematical aptitude topics, do not need to cover the whole book. For IBM do not follow RS Agarwal. Practice the previous papers number series from this site and that's enough.

8) 7, 4, 6, 3, 4. 5, 1. 5, 2. 25, ?
And in second phase mathematical questions were easy but not so common. So read the questions carefully and answer them. To clear the first round out of 36 question you have to do minimum of 20 answers correctly.
After first round we were waiting for result standing on a queue line. They declared each and everyone's result, and I cleared the first round. And said two wait in a room to attend second round.
Round 2: Online English Assessment Test.
Second round was only on English. There were 22 questions and 20 minute is allocated. Again no negative marking and no skip facility. Questions were basically on business mail (near about 16 number of question) , voice change, narration change, punctuation, sentence correction.
For business mail study deep all about mail. Questions were like salutation, documentation, attachment, format. Total 15-16 number of question covered on business letter.
After complete English test they asked everyone's id number and told the result whether cleared or not. Hopefully I cleared this round. And then they asked us to come next day for Technical and HR interview.
N.B. No GD was taken.
Round 3: Technical and Interview.
All IBM hr's are very friendly. The interview process was taken as on the basis of one to one. Luckily my interviewer was a female. She was very friendly and very sweet too after facing her I got confidence. Interview was like.
Me : May I come in mam?
Interviewer : Yes, please.
Me : Good afternoon mam.
Interviewer : Good afternoon. Please take your sit.
Me : Thank you mam. (I gently took my sit and waiting for her next response with a thirsty eyes. She read my resume completely more then about 2 minutes. ).
Then she ask me tell me about your self, Why IBM, Why you choose CSE. Then she asked me on final year project. Short description, goal, how much it needed in India, your role in project, what's new on the project and about the shortcomings may occur.
And finally she asked me "If you have any question, you can ask me. ".
First I say thank you mam for this opportunity. I ask a question and she described it completely. Then I asked another question but this time she couldn't answer me and said me "I also don't know your question's answer. But I assuring you that I will surely tell you the answer later".
Finally she told me "Nice conversation. ".
I simply smiled to her and said "Thank you mam. I am very happy to meet you. ".
Then I was waiting on the bench and they declared everyone's result. Finally they called my name and said "you are selected".
And that's the happiest moment in my life. Now I feel proud to be an IBMer.

One small suggestion to you when facing interview keep yourself confident. Don't need to be very good in English. So don't worry go to interview and crack it.
