Job Description :
An Inside Sales representatives (ISR) job is primarily a customer service function and entails selling or introducing represented products to new or established clients, in close conjunction with an outside sales representative. Customer interfacing includes calling activities to leads / prospects regarding identification of Right Person Contact (RPC), requests for meetings, collection of repeat order, internal order placement and communicating pertinent information proactively back to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound sales and inbound account management
Maintaining and expanding the database of leads &prospects
Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads / prospects through calling activity
Emphasizing on service offerings and/or product features and benefits to the prospects during telephonic calls
Cooperating with Sales / Account Manager to determine strategic approaches for sales
Capturing of accurate and complete information related to the Leads and Prospects in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM system)
Handling sales orders in the system in coordination with Sales team members
Coordinating with delivery for status on orders ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met
