2. All branches are eligible – Except Biomedical, Biotechnology, Bio Informatics, Textile Engg, Medical Electronics, and Environmental Engg. Food Tech, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Pharma , Fashion and Fire Tech
3. Problem solving skills, Good analytical mind, Logical thinking ability, hardworking with the will/passion to Succeed

Package: INR 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 PA

Member Technical Staff:

1. Designing and developing applications,
2. Adding new features and enhancing existing features.
3. Write good quality code and pickup industry best practices
4. Deliver great software products with best user experience

Member Assure Services:

1. The role mainly involves customer facing /interaction and direct field operations, which requires frequent traveling across India to understand customer requirement and ensure professional product/solution delivery as per GoFrugal assure policy.
2. Understand how businesses work and how to add value to businesses.
3. Ability to research, analyze and monitor trends on business & technology
4. Providing high-quality technical customer support for our software products and Solutions
5. Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Selection Process:

Step 1: Written Test

Paper 1:

1. General Aptitude Test, contains Arithmetic , General Aptitude and Reasoning questions
2. This test is common for all the openings
3. Test contains 30 Questions, each carrying one mark. There is no negative marks
4. Duration of the test will be 45 min

Paper 2:

1. Technical Test, Only for students interested in Member Technical Staff role
2. Test contains Programming Questions and duration 60 min.
3. Candidates can write the programing code either in Java or C or C++ or Pseudo code

Paper 3:

1. Additional Test, Only for students who shows interest in other role apart from Member Technical Staff
2. The test procedure will be decided during the selection process , which is based on the role

Step 2: Panel Interview

1. In panel interview our Hiring Managers will assess the candidates on Problem Solving, Comprehension, Analytical, Logical thinking areas.
2. Panel Interviews will be conducted on the same day for candidates who cleared written test
