Job Description :
CAD Product Support Specialist
Skills and Specifications :
0-1 years’ experience using multiple Autodesk products in a production environment,
Functional knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and/or Mac) and Networks
Customer service experience
Experience with Autodesk Alias products is desired
Knowledge of 3D Max, Revit and Adobe products would be an added advantage
Sound knowledge of design principles of engineering.
Able to conduct Proof Of Concepts (POCs), presales presentation, implementation and supporting our customer by giving him onsite training.
Excellent problem-solving skills and great creative flair.
Ability to meet fixed deadlines and work as a team member.
Good communication skills with a pleasant personality is a must
