1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Should have excellent communication skills
3. Should have 55% in 10^th, 12^th, and graduation
4. 2013 pass outs only

Note:

1. Selected candidates will undergo best-in-class customized training program structured by Microland and conducted by Peoplelogic Business Solutions Pvt ltd
2. For a period of 60 training days on topics like campus to corporate, Soft skills, Server administration, Virtualization using VMware, Networking, Messaging systems etc.

 Process:

1. Selection by Peoplelogic - Basic Aptitude, Tech fundamentals, Interview/GD
2. Selection by Microland – Interview (Communication and Technical) and HR Interview
3. Final Assessment by Microland after completion of training
