Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS (Mechatronics, Electronics) graduate from any recognized university with good academic record
2. The candidates will work as on develop Infineons future talent through a 2 years international training program, targeting Application Engineering (software and hardware) for Automotive Powertrain Systems
3. Understand company organization, products portfolio & semiconductor technology & production
4. Understand roles and principles of marketing and understand quality, reliability and validation process
5. Product portfolio analysis for target application
6. Develop marketing strategies with new products ideas
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define & develop System Architectures for Automotive Powertrain Systems
8. Provide technical solutions to customer requirements
9. Promote Infineon products to technical audiences
10. Author architecture, design, test specifications and customer documents

Required Skills:

1. The candidate should be good team player in a multi-site work environment in a matrix reporting structure
2. Knowledge in Embedded system software development/validation in C
3. Good knowledge of computer architecture (16/32bit), real-time systems
4. Knowledge in power electronics preferred
5. Good communication skill both verbal and written
