Job Role: Associate Software Engineer

Job :

1. The candidate should be any BE/BTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university 
2. The candidate should perform analysis requirements, coding, perform unit and integration testing. Also, support SIT or UAT, implement solutions in production. 
3. Work closely with business users to define requirements and assist technical lead in defining the technical solution.  
4. Work on the Release Process Steps and Ensure Prompt Release. Mentor the team members and work closely with business unit.
5. Keep abreast of latest products and technical innovations in the marketplace as related to application supported

 Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to work well independently and on a dynamic team
2. Technical knowledge in Mainframe – COBOL, JCL, VSAM
3. Ability to create detailed specifications based on business user requirements.
4. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with all levels of users
5. Understanding of n-tier architecture
6. Good analytical and problem solving skill
