Zilla Saaksharata Samiti, Mayurbhanj Notified Recruitment for 794 Field Functionaries Vacancies

Collector and District Magistrate-Cum-Chairman, Zilla Saaksharata Samiti (ZSS), Baripada, Mayurbhanj issued notification inviting applications for engagement of 794 Field Functionaries (FF) at Zilla (District), Block and Gram Panchayat (GP) level. Of the 794 vacancies, 4 vacancies are with the ZSS, 26 with the 26 Block-level Lok Siksha Samiti  (BLSS) (one vacancy per Block) and 764 with 382 Gram Panchayat level Lok Siksha Samiti (GPLSS) (2 vacancies per GP) under Mayurbhanj District.

Interested and eligible candidates from WSHG Group and Youth Clubs should submit their applications, in the prescribed format, for the desired post to the concerned GPLLSS, BLLSS, and ZSS along with attested photocopies of all the required certificates so as to reach the concerned authority within 15 days of publication of this notification, i.e. till___March 2014 as the notification was published on___March 2014.

Vacancy Details
Total vacancies: 794 posts of Field Functionaries

1. GP Level Field Functionaries (GPFF)): 764 posts (@ 2 vacancies per GP) 
No of Gram Panchayats in Mayurbhanj District: 382 GPs

2. Block Level Field Functionaries (BFF): 26 posts (@ one vacancy per Block) 
No of Blocks in Mayurbhanj District: 26 Blocks

3. District Level Field Functionaries (DFF): 4 posts (in Mayurbhanj District).

Honararium
For GPFF: Rs.2000 per month 
For BFF: Rs.6000 per month 
For DFF: Rs.6000 per month

Qualifications
For GPFF: Passed 10th class; must have active experience of field Adult Education; experience in Community Development Work, Social Works; have vocational skills knowledge; Candidate must be a permanent resident of the GP for which he/she is applying.

For BFF: Graduate with knowledge of computers; must know to drive a two-wheeler especially motorcycle for making extensive tours;Candidate must be a permanent resident of the Block for which he/she is applying.

For DFF: Graduate with knowledge of computers; must know to drive a two-wheeler especially motorcycle for making extensive tours;Candidate must be a permanent resident of the District for which he/she is applying.

Selection Procedure

For GPFF: GPLSS will select GPFF from amongst candidates found eligible on the basis of the marks obtained by them in Class 10 exam (HSC). The PLSS will recommend names of six candidates for approval of Collector and District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, ZSS. 
The FF securing top position in the list will act as Member Secretary of PLSS.

For BFF: BLSS will select BFF from amongst candidates found eligible on the basis of the marks obtained by them in Graduation. The PLSS will recommend names of three candidates for approval of Collector and District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, ZSS.

For DFF: ZSS will select DFF from amongst candidates found eligible on the basis of the marks obtained by them in Graduation. The PLSS will recommend names of three candidates for approval of Collector and District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, ZSS.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the desired post by submitting their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies all the required certificates/documents at the concerned GPLSS/BLSS/ZSS so as to reach the concerned office within 15 days of publication of this notification, i.e. till___March 2014 as the notification was published on___March 2014.
