Job Description:
Ø  Job responsibility includes interacting with US based Insurance Companies for Claims Resolution, Revenue Cycle Management.
Ø  Analysis of accounts receivable to identify cash collection opportunities.
Ø  Documentation of follow up comments and actions to be taken on account receivables.
Ø  Verify if the payment received from the insurance matches the contract www.presentjobs.com
Ø  Identify issues and trends with respect to insurance companies not paying correctly or in a timely manner.
Ø  Escalate issues and trends to insurance supervisor for timely resolution.
Ø  Meet set productivity and quality benchmarks for individual and cash collection targets for the team
